Mode Of Payment:
The registration fee is accepted through bank draft/demand draft/ cheque payable at par through any national bank issued in favour of ASICON 2008 payable at Ludhiana. No other cheque will be accepted.
- Information of the Delegate should be complete in all respects
- Kindly confirm the receipt of your
payment from the sec. office within one month &
bring the receipt to the registration counter.
Please Note:
PG Students must send a certificate from the Head of the Department along with Registration Form. Registration Fee for delegates includes delegate kit, admission to the scientific sessions, trade exhibition, inaugural function, Lunches and Dinner. Registration form may be down loaded from the website www.asicon2008.com. Delegate kit cannot be guaranteed to spot Registration.
Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellation is permitted up to 31st October, 2008 on written requests only with a deduction of 25% towards processing charges. No request there after will be entertained. Settlement regarding the refund will be done after the Conference is over.
