Dear Colleagues,

It is a matter of immense pleasure and honour for us to be the host of 68 Annual Conference of Association of Surgeons of India to be held in Ludhiana from 25th to 30th December, 2008. This Conference will mark the celebration of 70 years of ASI and is being held in Northern Region after a gap of 40 years.

let us thump our chest with justified pride to be at the forefront of academics excellence and wrap it with Punjabi Hospitality - a combination which would be heady for all participants.

This mega event will be an occasion to interact with stalwarts and doyens of surgery to learn, update and to keep abreast of the moving jet set technology in the field of surgery. Ludhaina city - the Manchester of India, is famous for hosiery and bicycle parts industry in the world.
